What format are the images in?
All of kyrou.com's images are in JPG format.
Do you add images on a regular basis?
Yes. We add new images as they are created. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest images that have been posted. How do I purchase artwork? To
purchase a painting or photograph online, just click on the actual image of the
painting you are interested in, and when you get to the page with all
the details of the artwork on it, you will find the option to buy the
work under the image. Just click on 'Select Art Product you'd like
to buy', then click on 'Add Selected to Cart', and this will take you to your shopping cart. From there you can proceed to check
out. You can pay by either Paypal, or money order or wire transfer. Please make sure you send us your complete and full shipping address. Not only do we offer free shipping internationally, but at present, tax is not being charged on any artwork! If the option to buy online is not
available, send us a note in the Contact Me
section about the pieces you are interested in, and we will get back to
you about how to purchase directly from the artist.
How do I purchase photography?
To
purchase
a photograph online, just click on the actual image of the
photo you are interested in, and when you get to the page with all
the details of the photograph on it, you will find the option to buy it
under the image. Just click on 'Select Art Product you'd like
to buy', then click on 'Add Selected to Cart', and proceed to check
out. Not only do we offer free shipping internationally, but at present, tax is not being charged on any photographs!
All photographs purchased from kyrou.com will be limited editions,
signed by the photographer, printed to the size of your choosing, on
high-quality photo-paper. Photographs
can also be ordered printed on canvas or on other gift items, such as
mugs, mousemats, pillows and t-shirts. Personalised collages and
posters with a selection of photographs are also available to order.
For more info, please contact us. What if I place an item in my shopping basket, then change my mind?
If you see something you would like to purchase, add the image to your
shopping cart - you can always remove it later. To do this, you simply click on view cart under the OPTION box in the left hand menu of the page and once you get to your shopping cart page, you can click on the 'remove from cart' link beside any artwork you no longer wish to keep in your shopping cart. You
can also see what's in your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add
Selected to Cart' button which is found under each painting once you
click on it. Otherwise, the order will cancel itself automatically after one day if you don't pay. Once you have paid for the artwork or photographs however, the sale is final.
If I order a print of a photo or image, or a piece of artwork, what happens next?
Once you have placed your order, and paid, the work will be printed or packaged and shipped to you. The time it takes for you to receive it may vary depending on seasonal traffic and distance of shipment. Please inquire directly for more details about specific orders.
If I want to buy an original painting or piece of artwork, how do I order it?
You order it directly from this site, by either adding it to your shopping cart if the option is available and paying securely online, or by contacting us via our comments box or email to find out how to order it directly. Once you have placed the order, paid and informed us of your mailing address, kyrou.com will have your order shipped to you.
When I buy a piece of art, or a photograph, do I own the copyright of the work?
No.
You will become the owner of the piece you purchased, but the copyright belongs to
Nathalie Kyrou and all rights are reserved to the artist. All
original artwork and photography will be signed by the artist, and prints of work other than the original will be clearly identified as
part of a limited edition, and will be certified as original with the artist's signature.
Are there any restrictions on my use of kyrou.com' s images or or other work that I purchase from the site?
Yes. Kyrou.com does not allow the downloading, redistribution or duplication of its images, without Nathalie Kyrou' s expressed and written consent. Nor does kyrou.com allow the use its images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Can I commission a piece of artwork? Nathalie Kyrou accepts commission work and is happy to discuss individual projects and prices with you if you contact her through the Contact Me comment box on the navigation menu. Can I return something I have bought from kyrou.com? No. All sales are final. Additionally, Kyrou.com does not take responsibility for any items damaged during shipping.
Do you offer classes? Nathalie Kyrou offers private art classes, one-on-one or in groups of 2 or 3, which can be specifically designed to suit your individual requirements.
